ipe software package provides drawing editor for creating figures in PDF or PS formats, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install ipe
ipe is installed in your system.
Make ensure the ipe package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ipe *
You will get with ipe package name, version, architecture and description in a table
